Counseling in College
It All Begins Here
Whether you're a new student at UCCS, Colorado College, Pikes Peak State College, or the Air Force Academy, moving away from home, managing a new workload, and building a whole new life can bring up anxiety, homesickness, and stress that's hard to navigate alone. So many changes happening all at once can make us feel excited at times, and also overwhelmed.
Over the years, I have worked with many students from all four of these institutions; helping freshman through seniors during the time in life when change feels visceral. There is so much personal and identity development that happens during the college years, and having a supportive person by your side can be a helpful tool. Whether we are working on anxiety or depression, relational conflicts with friends or parents, or identity work, I am here to support you on your journey.
I offer counseling for college students and young adults in Colorado Springs, providing a supportive space to work through the challenges of this transition — from adjusting to independence and academic pressure to building healthy routines and relationships in a new city. If you're a student (or a parent looking for support for your student), I'd love to help you start the year feeling grounded.
